Adoration
"O God, let him or her who baost in this, that we understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord who practices steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in teh earth." ~Jeremiah 9:24
Oh God, Sovereign and Righteous One, let Your justice come upon the wicked soon, for my heart fails to cling to any hope of Your promises. See the raging warfare that is destroying countries led by wicked leaders. Satisfying their own thirst for bloody evil death upon humanity. Oh God, rescue us from the wicked, hear our plea for Your justice.
“When I think upon and converse with you, ten thousand delightful thoughts spring up, ten thousand source of pleasure are unsealed, ten thousand refreshing joys spead over my heart, crowding into every moment of happiness.” ~Exerpt from Valley of Vision
Confession
How, Oh Lord, can I suffer and rejoice simultaneously when I read Your Word? Let me seek my joy and hope for better things in You than fear what I cannot control. Forgive me, Jesus, when I worry about the news of awful wars hurting people of all nations and races. Remind me of Your sovereignty and Righteousness over all things; Your will and plan for salvation for all people is at work.
Request
O Lord, I pray for my children. Protect them from the wicked who scheme against Your saints. Renew their spirit so that they grow and adore You above all other things. Give them strength in areas of their lives where they are weak. Teach the truth, expose the lies they are exposed to, and let Your steadfast love fill their hearts with a desire to do Your will.
Keep our family, marriage, and neighbours in good health. Save our children! Their mind and body are driven by wicked, destructive ideologies. Oh God, a plea for Your soon return! Come back to us, Oh Lord.
Thank you for allowing me to study Your Word and work on this blog. I hope to encourage others to pray for their loved ones and neighbours. I pray for my husband that his surgery appointment will be sooner than later. Keep our relationship pure and strong, and communicate patiently, lovingly, and understandingly.
Let’s Go Pray!
